Thank you for shopping at the Blonde Palm! If you don't love your purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund. The customer has 7 days from the time of the carrier's delivery date to have returns and exchanges postmarked in the mail. Any items postmarked after 7 days will not be allowed a refund or exchange. Instead, you will be issued a store credit. 

Returned merchandise must have the original tag and cannot be worn, washed or altered. All sale items, accessories and jewelry are final sale and non-refundable. To return or exchange, please email us at blondepalmboutique@gmail.com stating why you are returning or exchanging. If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please contact us via email to ensure that the correct item is available. If it is not available, we will issue a refund or store credit only if it meets the stated return policy. Please include the original invoice and customer contact information.

Blonde Palm will provide a return shipping label for you once contacted regarding the return or exchange. Once your package is received and inspected, we will send you an email stating we received your package, and whether or not it is eligible for a refund or exchange. We will not return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return.
