Thank you for shopping at the Blonde Palm! If you don't love your purchase, we will gladly offer store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 7 days from possession of your order. The customer has 7 days from the time of the carrier's delivery date to have any exchanges postmarked in the mail. After 7 days, the order becomes final sale. 

The store credit total will be credited to a gift card sent to the email address associated with the original purchase, less the cost of original shipping fees and return shipping fees. Please allow up to 5 business days for Blonde Palm to receive and process your return.

Returned merchandise must have the original tag and cannot be worn, washed or altered. All sale items, accessories and jewelry are final sale and non-refundable. To exchange, please email us at blondepalmboutique@gmail.com stating why you are exchanging. If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please contact us via email to ensure that the correct item is available. If it is not available, we will issue a store credit. Please include the original invoice and customer contact information.

Blonde Palm will provide a return shipping label for you once contacted regarding the exchange. Once your package is received and inspected, we will send you an email stating we received your package, and whether or not it is eligible for a exchange. We will not accept items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return.
